Hearings

The PUC conducts various types of hearings on regulatory matter, including: request for rate increases, public opportunity to comment on proposed rule making, proposed agency action, and contested or disputed matters between utilities or telecom companies. This hearings section will provide notices of the public of such hearings, PUC reports (Administrative Law Judge/ Counsel) on the conduct and outcome of such hearings.
