The Guam Public Utilities Commission [PUC] has created this website as a public service to provide Guam ratepayers and other interested persons with current and historic information about its regulatory activities. Under Guam law, PUC regulates the rates and rate impacting procurements of Guam Power Authority, Guam Waterworks Authority, the Department of Public Works' Division of Solid Waste Management and the Guam municipal golf course. PUC also has regulatory authority over the E911 surcharge and certain aspects of the telecommunications companies, which do business on Guam. This website also provides useful links to the regulated utilities and to the laws which govern them and PUC.

Through this website, interested persons can access all PUC decisions and minutes of business meetings since 2000. On a going forward basis, all documents which are filed of record with PUC in regulatory dockets will be posted in this website.

PUC welcomes public interest in its regulatory activities. Interested persons can use the contact page in this website to file comments regarding any PUC proceeding, including rate proceedings, which is currently before it. These comments will be considered by PUC in its decision making process.
